We are building a genome sequence viewer + zoomer.
Have you came across any component which have functionality similar to the following.

[ same functionality as amStockChart. but the data will be of genome sequence say AGTC instead of value or volume of stock and for date it will ge range of values from 1 to millions or any value in between]

Is there any component to view genome sequence.

For a gene or genome viewer the sequence possible range are 10k – 20k or 5 to 515 or 1m,10m)
k is thousand, m is million.

For each alphabet there are four different color.
When zoomed to certain level the alphabets will be displayed. And when zoom out only color bars will be displayed.
